Description
Kinks every two metres, a split plastic fitting, and half an hour coiling it back up. That's the old hose. The Hydro × T-Hose fixes all three.
Turn the tap on and it stretches out to 3x its length. Turn it off and it shrinks right back. Inside is a flexible latex core, wrapped in a tough woven fabric outer, so it lies flat and doesn't twist round the car.
Both ends are solid brass, so they click on and stay on, and they don't crack in the cold. The multi-setting spray gun has a powerful jet for wheels and arches, plus shower and mist for everything else. - Turn the tap off first and let the hose shrink back before you disconnect.
- Squeeze the gun to drain any water left inside.
- Store it out of direct sun, loosely in a bucket or on a hook.
- Drain it and bring it inside over winter so water can't freeze in the core.

Questions
Will it fit my outside tap?
Yes. It comes with a brass adaptor for standard 3/4" UK outdoor taps. A 1/2" connector is available if your tap is smaller.
Do I need a pressure washer?
No. The jet setting on the gun gives you a strong rinse straight from the tap, which is all the Hydro routine needs.
50ft or 100ft?
50ft covers one car on a normal drive. Go 100ft if the tap is round the side of the house, or if you're washing a van, caravan or two cars.
Should I leave it in the cold?
Drain it and store it inside over winter. The brass fittings are fine, but frozen water in any hose can damage the core.
How do I stop it leaking at the gun?
Push the brass end fully home until it clicks, and support the gun's weight when it's fully stretched.
