Your winter routine
Four steps out. Four steps in.
No detailing know-how needed. Follow the steps in order and every product in the box tells you when it's up.

Step 1
Pre
Fill the spray bottle with Hydro Pre at the stated dilution, pump, and spray the whole car. Leave it 3 minutes to lift the grime.

Step 2
Wash
Rinse the Pre off, then wash top to bottom with Hydro Shampoo and the mitt. Dirtiest bits (the sills) go last.

Rinse
Rinse off with a hose, jet wash or a spray bottle of water, then mist Hydro Rinse over the wet panels and rinse once more.

Dry
Lay the drying towel flat, slap and drag. One pass per panel, then a quick wipe of the glass with a microfibre.

Mats out, shake off the grit and leaves, and give the footwells a quick hoover.

Questions
Do I need a jet wash or a hose?
No jet wash needed. The spray bottle applies the Pre with no power or cables. To rinse, use a hose, a jet wash if you have one, or a spray bottle full of water. The Double Up + option adds an extra sprayer for your shampoo.
Can I wash my car in the cold?
Yes. Just avoid washing below freezing so the rinse water doesn't freeze on the paint. Pick a dry spell in daylight and dry the car fully with the drying towel when you're done.
I've never detailed a car. Is this hard?
Not at all. It's four steps outside (Pre, Wash, Rinse, Dry) and four inside. Follow the routine above and every product has its own job.
What's the difference between 1 Spray Bottle and Double Up +?
Both get you the full kit. Double Up + adds an extra sprayer for your shampoo, so you can keep one loaded with Pre and one with Shampoo. No refilling or rinsing out bottles halfway through the wash.
Is it safe on my paint?
Yes. Hydro Pre is non caustic and Hydro Shampoo is pH neutral and anti marring, so the kit lifts grime without being harsh on your paintwork.
